摘要
系统功能语法的及物性系统在批评性语篇分析中的应用越来越广泛,但目前鲜有学者将及物性分析应用到庭审语篇当中。以刑事法庭中法庭辩论至被告人最后陈述阶段的10篇文本为语料,从及物性的角度对其进行了相应的分析。结果发现,庭审语篇话语的过程类型是与庭审参与者的角色和作用密切相关的。
The application of transitivity system in systematic functional grammar has been widely used in the study of critical discourse analysis,while there are few papers concerning the application of transitivity system in court discourse analysis.This paper applies the transitivity system to analyze the processes in ten court discourses from court debate to the defendant’s final statement.Through the analysis,it is found that the types of processes used by different participants in the courtroom are determined by their roles and functions.
