摘要
以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和1,4-对苯二甲酸作反应物质,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作反应溶剂,三乙胺为去离子剂合成了一种金属有机骨架材料(MOF-5)。详细考察了合成条件,并对样品进行了XRD、IR、SEM和TG-DTA表征。合成样品中含有大量的溶剂分子,采用热处理和溶剂萃取两种方法去除溶剂分子,并对处理后的样品进行了低温储氢性能测试。结果表明,样品中的客体分子是影响样品储氢性能的一个重要影响因素,客体被完全转移的样品较未进行客体转移的样品表现出更好的储氢性能。
A metal organic framework(MOF-5) has been synthesized with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid(H2BDC) as reaction components,N-N-dimethylformamide(DMF) as reaction medium and triethylamine(TEA) as deionizing agent.Meanwhile,the synthesis conditions have been systematically investigated and the obtained samples have been characterized by XRD,IR,SEM and TG-DTA methods.A large amount of solvent molecules are in the synthesized samples which can be removed by heat-treated and solvent-treated methods.The processed samples have undergone some low-temperature hydrogen-storage tests.Results show that guest molecules in the sample could be an important factor to affect its hydrogen storage performance and the sample with guest's removal will show better hydrogen adsorption behavior than that without guest's removal.
