Research on Assessing the Security Risk in Practice Firing by Multilevel Extensible Evaluation Method

运用系统的观点,从人、装备、管理等三个因素构建轻武器实弹射击安全管理评价指标体系,然后利用可拓评价法建立安全管理评价模型,运用较为客观的熵值法来计算各层指标的权重,接着将评价模型应用于典型案例分析,应用结果证实了评价模型的可行性。

By the theory of system, this paper builds an ~ent system of security management based on the elements of people, equipment and management; designs a security management assessment model using the multilevel extensible evaluation method, in which each element weight is calculated by the entropy method; and then this assessment model is used to analyze typical cases. The result gives an obvious proof for the feasibility of the model.
