However, college freshmen, usually born in the 1995s, have performed less than satisfactorily over the past few years. During training sessions, they become sick and dizzy, go faint, catch cold, run a fever, or even drop dead on the spot. The rising number of emergent cases, combined with rapid dissemination of information on Internet, has contributed to growing public concern from families, seheols and the general society, leading to discussions over a range of topics from college students' health conditions to the intensity, content and methods of the training. Ultimately, the necexsity of the training itself has been seriously questioned. It is concluded that emergency cases in MTCS are caused by factors other than MTCS itself and the implementation of MTCS is undoubtedly capable of enhancing students' health. The top priority is to create a scientific plan of MTCS based on correct understanding of the changing conditions of students as well as the sensible amount and intensity of training.
