摘要
运用实验对照法,研究核心力量训练对飞行学员运动损伤的影响。结果显示,核心力量训练对控制飞行学员骨关节类损伤的发生率,对预防腰背部、膝部和踝部损伤有着积极的作用,为飞行学员的体能训练科学化提供理论参考。
The paper studies on the influence of core strength training on flying cadets sports injury according to the test control method. The results show that the core strength training can control the injury rate of occurrence in bone and joint of flying cadets, which also has a positive effect on prevention and treatment of waist and back, knee and ankle. That provides a theoretical reference for the flying cadets in scientific physical training.
