摘要
以某60万t/a甲醇项目水煤浆气化装置的关键设备之一——锁头为例,介绍了锁斗的功能、结构与设计参数;简述了锁斗及其人孔的设计结构;对比了不同设计结构的优劣;提出了最佳的优化设计方案。
Taking sluice hopper of key equipment of water coal slurry gasification plant in a methanol project with a capacity of 600 000 t/a as an ex- ample, author has introduced the function, structure and design parameter of sluice hopper; has briefly described the design structures of sluice hopper and its manhole; has compared the advantages and disadvantages for different design structures; has presented the best optimized design scheme.
