摘要 通过MATLAB仿真压缩机的各级示功图对比了压缩机的额定工况和实际工况,找到了压缩机的电耗组成和电耗浪费点,为压缩机的电耗分析提供了一种简单有效的方法。结果表明:1仿真所需的数据都基于已有的数据,不对压缩机进行任何改动,安全可靠;2通过MATLAB仿真找到的电耗浪费点接近实际工况。 Through indicator diagram in each stage of simulated compressor, author has compared the rating working condition and the actual working condition of compressor, has found electricity consume constituent and electricity consume dissipation point of compressor, it has provided a kind of simple and efficient method for analyzing electricity consume of compressor. Result indicates that Data needed for simulation was based on existed data, with- out any changing of compressor, it is very safe and reliable;Electricity consume dissipation point found by MATLAB simulationapproaches to actually working condition.
