三人行 必有我师——同伴互助式数学教师专业发展

摘要 俗话说:“要给学生一杯水,教师得有一桶水.”可见教师自身的专业素养的重要性.那么如何提高教师的专业素养呢?为此学校、教育局每年都为教师提供各种各样的培训.但要从根本上提高教师的专业素养还是要靠日积月累,反思日常教学中的点点滴滴.波斯纳提出“教师的成长=经验+反思”,就是一条教师的专业成长之路.教师的专业发展需要教师成为反思型、学习型、创新型人才,而同伴互助、相互交流,是实现这个目标的一条好途径.
