摘要
目的研究止泻木子的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱技术方法对止泻木子体积分数为75%的乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据和理化性质确定其结构。结果分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为xylogranatinin(1)、4(3H)-喹唑啉酮[4(3H)-quinazolinone,2]、(+)丁香脂素[(+)syringaresinol,3]、(-)-梣皮树脂醇[(-)-medioresinol,4]、锥丝碱[conessine,5]、异锥丝明(isoconessimine,6)、conkuressine(7)、锥丝亚胺(conimine,8)、丝胶树宁(funtudienine,9)、腺苷(adenosine,10)、β-腺苷(β-adenosine,11)。结论化合物1-4、10-11等6个化合物为首次从止泻木属中分离得到。
Objective To study the constituents of seeds of Holarrhena antidysenterica Wall.ex A.DC.Methods A variety of column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and separation of chemical constituents.Their structures were established on the basis of spectral data.Results Eleven compounds were identified as xylogranatinin(1),4(3H)-quinazolinone(2),(+) syringaresinol(3),(-)-medioresinol(4),conessine(5),isoconessimine(6),conkuressine(7),conimine(8),funtudienine(9),adenosine(10),β-adenosine(11).Conclusions Compounds 1-4,10-11 are isolated from the Holarrhena R.Br.for the first time.
