摘要
目的对呋喃内酯及呋喃型卡萨烷衍生物的CD效应与立体结构的对应关系进行探讨和总结。方法采用CD光谱仪对卡萨烷衍生物进行圆二色谱测定、结合计算ECD法及相关文献报道,对立体结构与cotton效应间的对应关系进行分析,总结规律。结果以呋喃环为发色团的卡萨烷产生的CD效应与C-14位立体结构相对应,以呋喃内酯作为发色团的卡萨烷产生的CD效应与C-12立体结构相对应。结论可用于对应卡萨烷衍生物绝对构型的确证。
Objective To summarize the rule between the dichroism spectra(CD) cotton effects and the stereochemical structures of furan-lactone or furan cassane derivatives.Methods The relationship between CD cotton effects and stereo-structures was discussed and the rule was summarized based on the CD spectral data given by the CD spectrometer,the calculated ECD results and data in the references.Results The absolute configurations for C-14 of furan cassanes,and C-12 of furan-lactone cassanes could be determined by the CD Cotton effects.Conclusions This summary was useful for the determination of absolute configurations for the corresponding structures.
