花儿基本上是依靠口授心记的方式传承,几百年来形成了一套内在的创造演唱机制.正是凭借着这种口头传承机制,使这种非物质文化及其知识体系和价值观念得以继承和发扬.搜集、录制、整理花儿语料,建立西北花儿语音语料库管理系统,能使深受汉、回、藏、土、东乡、保安、撒拉、裕固及蒙古等民族群众喜爱的花儿永久而系统地保存下来,方便国内外花儿学习者、研究者进行大规模语音资料的查询、检索和统计.该系统为花儿的研究提供了新的科学技术手段,对弘扬非物质遗产文化,保护和传承花儿有积极的促进作用.

Huaer is mainly inherited by the traditional oral way, and for thousand years it has formed the inner spoken mecha-nism.For this way the intangible cultural heritage, the knowledge system and values have been transmitted and inherited.Collecting, recording and sorting Huaer corpus and constructing Huaer phonetic corpus management system can preserve Huaer permanently for the people of Han, Hui, Tibetan, Tu, Dongxiang, Baoan, Sala, Yugu, Mongolian and other Nationalities, it is also convenient for the scholars home and abroad to learn and study by the phonetic corpus management and retrieval system.The system provides the research of Huaer the new scientific technology, which plays the very important role in developing the intangible cultural heritage, and preserving and inheriting Huaer.
