摘要
目的研究GAP基地龙胆中多糖和龙胆苦苷积累动态与土壤因子的关系。方法分别采用UV法和HPLC法对GAP基地不同月份(5、6、7、8、9月)及不同年生(2、3年)龙胆中多糖和龙胆苦苷的含量进行测定,并进行土壤因子测定,利用SPSS13.0统计法将龙胆多糖和龙胆苦苷与土壤理化性质进行相关性分析。结果 GAP基地龙胆中多糖和龙胆苦苷含量随季节而变化,含量最大值均出现在2年生9月份的龙胆。多糖含量与p H呈负相关性;龙胆苦苷含量与p H和速效磷呈负相关性,与碱解氮呈正相关。结论龙胆多糖和龙胆苦苷与土壤因子有季节动态相关性,为GAP基地龙胆的栽培管理提供了科学依据。
Objective To research the correlation between the accumulation of polysaccharide and gentiopicroside in Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma and soil factors from the GAP base.Methods UV and HPLC methods were used respectively for determination of the polysaccharide and gentiopicroside(form May to September,two and three years) in Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma from GAP base.The soil factors were determined by general methods.Then the properties between the accumulation of polysaccharide and gentiopicroside in Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma and soil factors from GAP base were analyzed with SPSS 13.0 softw are.Results The contents of polysaccharide and gentiopicroside were found to change with seasons.The maximums of these two contents are occurred in September in biennial Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma.A strong negative correlation between polysaccharide and p H was found.Negative correlations between gentiopicroside with pH and rapidly-available phosphorus,a positive correlation between gentiopicroside and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen were also observed.These results could provide a further scientific basis for the comprehensive evaluation on the quality of Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma and the management of its production.Conclusions As a result,there exist dynamic season-specific correlations for polysaccharide and gentiopicroside to edaphic factor,which provide a scientific evidence for the development of Liaoning GAP base.
