陕西省培训农村社会体育指导员工作现状及对策

The Status and Countermeasures of the Training of Rural Social PE Instructors in Shaanxi Province

农村社会体育指导员是带动农村体育的主要力量,也是促进村民身心健康、提高农民群众生活质量、构建社会主义新农村的重要组成部分.经调查,陕西省农村社会体育指导员队伍的人数远达不到每2 000人至少拥有1名社会体育指导员的要求.在培训时发现由于部分学员年龄偏大、文化层次较低、爱好及参加培训的目的不明确,组织者时间安排紧,项目安排缺乏合理性,造成了部分学员完不成学业.鉴于此,对下发培训通知项目及内容的设置要有科学性、针对性、实效性,组织培训工作应提出要求,考试方案要科学制定,严格控制等级证的发放.

Social PE instructors in rural areas is the main force developing rural physical education, as well as promoting physi-cal and psychological health of peasants, improving their life quality and helping to build new socialist countryside.Research shows that the amount of rural social PE instructors is less than one for every 2000 people.It was found during the training that some trai-nees are old, less educated, and lacking of interests and purpose.Reasons such as pressed time schedule, unreasonable project plans cause those people fail to finish the training.Giving this, the paper proposes some reasonable countermeasures that the content of the projects in the training should be scientific, highly targeted and time-efficient;the training should be rational organized;the test of the training should be scientifically made; the rating certificates should be strictly granted and the competent department should be closely supervised.
