有机硅改性聚乙二醇型相变材料的合成及性能研究

摘要 以聚乙二醇(PEG)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、羟基硅油和二醋酸纤维素为原料合成了改性聚乙二醇相变材料。通过傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)确定了共聚物的化学组成,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、拉力试验机分析了相变材料相变行为和力学性能,考察了聚乙二醇的含量和分子量以及羟基硅油粘度对相变材料的影响。结果表明,所制备的相变材料具有良好的固-固相变储热性能、力学性能和热稳定性,具有潜在的应用前景。 The phase change material was prepared by synthesized using polyethylene glycol, hydroxyl silicone grafting silicone modified polymer which was and toleene diisocyanate as main materials to CELL chemically. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to analyze its chemical composition. And DSC techniques and universal testing machine were used to analyze the properties of the prepared phase change materials. The effects of molecular weight of PEG, the concentration of PEG, and the viscosity of hydroxyl silicone on the phase Change materials. The results showed that the phase change materials had good heat storage properties ,mechanical properties and thermal stability. It will be used widely.
