江西省机动车污染防治现状与对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Jiangxi Motor Vehicle Pollution Control

随着城市机动车保有量的快速增长,机动车排气污染对城市大气环境质量的影响逐年扩大,机动车污染防治工作日益紧迫。对江西省机动车污染防治现状进行了研究,针对性提出了加强机动车排放监管体系和能力建设、加强机动车环保管理、加速"黄标车"及老旧机动车的淘汰、提高油品质量,推广清洁燃料,加强城市交通管理以及倒逼推进科技研发和推广六个方面的对策建议,逐步形成"车、油、路"为一体的综合防治体系。

With the rapid growth of urban vehicle population, the impact of motor vehicle exhaust pollution on urban air quality has expanded each year, motor vehicle pollution control work increas- ingly urgent. This paper studied the current situation of motor vehicle pollution control in Jiangxi province, pointed proposed to strengthen the construction of motor vehicle emission regulation system and ability, strengthening motor vehicle environmental protection management, accelerating ＂ yellow cars＂ and the old motor vehicle out, improve the quality of oil products ,promote clean fuel, strengthen the urban traffic management, and promote scientific and technological development and promotion six aspects of countermeasures and suggestions, and gradually form ＂cars, oil, road ＂ for the inte- gration of comprehensive prevention and control system.
