工业园区污水处理厂运营问题及对策探讨

Study on the Measurements & Problems of Industrial Park Sewage Treatment

介绍了江西工业园区污水处理厂建设基本情况,对工业园区污水处理厂在运营中存在的问题和原因进行了分析,在此基础上探讨近几年来这些问题的对策,提出创新工业园区污水处理厂运营管理措施,并从发展趋势上确立"全收集、全处理、全提标"的原则,加大对污染源排放的控制力度和水污染防治监督检查力度,进一步完善水污染防治保障机制,以期实现江西省经济建设和生态环境保护的可持续发展。

The basic situation of Jiangxi Industrial Park sewage treatment plant was described in this article. Existing problems of industrial park wastewater treatment plant in construction and operation were analyzed ,and the caused reasons were discussed. Based on these researches, the measurements were put forward, such as innovative management for industrial park wastewater treatment plant opera- tion. The blueprint of management measures has been established. ＂Full collection, the whole deal, all mentioned standard＂ principle as the deve, lopment trend, more efforts should be increased to control pollution emissions, especially to improve the water pollution control security mechanism. The research results provide the references,in order to achieve economic sustainable development and environmental protection development in Jiangxi Province.
