摘要
温州"7.23"特大高铁追尾事故暴露出我国高速列车避撞预警技术所存在的问题和不足。本文对比当前交通领域已有的避撞预警系统(航空交通预警和避撞系统TCAS/ADS-B、船舶自动识别系统AIS、列车避撞预警系统RCAS)的技术特点、定位方法、通信方法及预警逻辑,分析中国高速铁路列车追踪预警避撞系统的功能需求,提出一种适合我国高速铁路的追踪预警系统方案。
The Wenzhou "7.23" rear-end collision accident exposed the serious problems and deficiencies of the high-speed railway collision avoidance technology applied in China.In this paper,the technical characteristics of the existing collision avoidance systems including TCAS / ADS-B,AIS,and RACS were compared.The functional requirements of China high-speed train collision avoidance system were analyzed,the communication,positioning method and warning logic were discussed and a suitable solution was put forward.
