A Speed-limit Model for Expreesway Under Unfavorable Weather Condition

特殊天气对行车安全有重要影响。通过分析车辆停车制动的4个时间阶段,推导出车辆制动距离计算公式,基于分析车辆紧急制动状态下的最大安全可视距离和交通流理论,结合特殊天气对行车安全的影响因素,进而建立考虑路面附着系数、可视距离和交通量的高速公路限速值计算模型。

Special weather has a great influence on driving safety. By analyzing the four stages of parking brake,the calculation fomula of braking distance is derived. In combination with the influence factor of special weather on traffic safety,this paper analyzes the traffic flow theory and the maximum safety sight distance under emergency braking condition. Finally, a speed- limit model for freeway is put forward, which takes into consideration the road adhesion coefficient,visual range and traffic volume.
