厂拌冷再生下面层施工实践总结

Summary of Under-layer Construction Practice of Cold In-plant Recycling

通过周稻线沥青面层冷再生施工,从原材料、混合料的拌制、摊铺、碾压及养生等几个方面阐述了厂拌冷再生下面层各个施工环节的控制要点及技术要求。分析了沥青面层冷再生对比传统沥青混凝土面层的优缺点和发展前景,并对两种施工工艺进行了经济效益和社会效益对比,阐述了厂拌冷再生沥青混凝土面层的可发展性。

Through Zhou- Dao line asphalt layer cold recycling construction,the controlling key point and technical requirements of under- layer construction process with cold in- plant recycling has been introduced in aspects of material, mixing, paving, grinding and preserving, etc. The advantages and disadvantages and development prospect of asphalt layer cold recycling have been analyzed by comparison with traditional asphalt concrete layer. Comparison has also been made in aspects of economic benefit and social benefit between two construction technologies and the developmental ability of cold in- plant recycling asphalt concrete has been illustrated.
