摘要
解决创新设计问题的关键在于快速寻找产品或技术系统中产生问题的根本原因,并采用有效的问题解决路径获得合理的方案。首先通过功能分解对产品或技术系统中存在的问题建立组件模型,并对组件模型进行分析和模糊比较获得产生问题的核心组件集,从而形成了一种组件模糊分析法。然后针对单个核心组件、核心组件互作组、核心组件参与组分别采用物理冲突、技术冲突和物场模型对问题进行求解,进而提出了一种由组件模糊分析和TRIZ理论相集成的问题解决方法。最后,将该解决方法应用于铁轨除冰问题,验证了其解决问题的可行性。
The key of problem solving in the innovative design lies quickly find out the root cause of the product or technology system problems,and use the effective problem-solving path to get a reasonable solu-tion. Firstly, through the building components model of the product or technology system problems on the basis of functional decomposition and the fuzzy analyzing components model, problem-solving can obtain a core set of components. Thus a components fuzzy analysis method is formed. Next,designer can according to the single core component, core components interacted group and core components participated group re-spectively use physical conflict or technology conflict or substance-field model to solve the problems. Thus it presents a problem-solving method by the combination of components fuzzy analysis and TRIZ theory. Fi-nally, the successful using of this process in the rails icing problem verify that the process is feasible.
