摘要
针对截平面法规划三角网格曲面刀轨的计算效率低下问题,提出了改进的截平面快速求交方法,在此基础上实现了等残留高度环状刀具轨迹的生成方法。改进的截平面法根据三角网格的邻接拓扑关系,实现快速求交。环状刀具轨迹的生成算法利用三角网格模型的边界作为初始轮廓环,采用基于顶点的偏置方法,根据给定的等残留高度计算刀触点的偏置距离,在此基础上针对局部和全局环的相交处理采用基于交点的轮廓环方向判别方法,实现等残留高度的环状刀轨生成,保证了加工质量。
Aiming at the problem of lower efficiency in section in iso-planar method for triangular surface machining,an improved iso-planar quick intersection algorithm is proposed and based on this, a constant cusp contour parallel tool path method is realized. The improved iso-planar method achieved fast intersection by the adjacent topology relationship. Contour parallel tool path generation algorithm uses the boundary of triangular surface as the original contour loop and according to the scallop height, calculating the offset dis-tance of CC points by the vertex-based offset method. Based of these, we remove the local and global inva-lid loops by the intersection-point-based judgment method of contour loop direction and finally generate the constant cusp contour parallel tool path, that ensuring the machining quality.
