摘要
数控机床滚珠丝杠的热误差会直接形成位置误差,破坏定位精度。文章针对滚珠丝杠进给系统热误差进行了理论分析,计算了滚珠丝杠系统的主要产热部件的发热量,温升及丝杠的轴向热误差;并开发了检测系统,现场检测了滚珠丝杠系统的主要部件温度和丝杠轴向热误差。理论计算模型与实际测量的数值相差不大,从而相互验证了理论数学模型分析与该检测方法的正确性。
In machine tools such as numerical control machines, thermal error in the ball screw induces a di-rect position error, adversely affecting the accuracy of positioning. In this paper, we theoretically analysis thermal error of the ball screw servo feed system , calculate the heat generation of key components of the feed system and the thermal error of screw shaft at axial term though mathematical model. We explore a sys-tem to measure thermal error and temperature of the system. Comparing the results of experiments and the theoretical mathematical model shows that it verifying correction of this method.
