摘要
热装加长刀杆是高速工具系统重要组成部分之一,其夹持刚度直接影响被加工零件的质量和加工效率。运用UG NX建立HSK热装加长刀杆与刀具配合的轴向刚度有限元分析模型,分析了不同过盈量、转速、夹持长度、壁厚对刀杆与刀具配合的轴向刚度的影响;通过刚度对比分析得到了合理过盈量,基于刀杆材料经济加工精度得到了合理的轴向夹持刚度;通过对刀杆材料的综合分析,提出了刀杆材料的选取原则。研究工作为热装加长刀杆与刀具配合的设计,合理选用加工参数提供一定的理论指导。
Lengthened shrink-fit holder is one important part of high speeding tool system. Its gripping rigidi-ty directly affect the quality of the processed parts and machining efficiency. Building the FEA model of axi-al gripping rigidity about Lengthened shrink-fit holder and Cutting tool system with UG NX to analysis the influence of different magnitude of interference、speed、gripping length and thickness on axial gripping rigidi-ty. Obtaining the reasonable magnitude of interference of shrink-fit holder by contrasting rigidity. Based on the economic machining accuracy got reasonable axial gripping rigidity. Through the comprehensive analysis of material of shrink-fit holder, obtaining the principle of the selection of material of shrink-fit holder. Re-search provides a certain of theoretical guidance on the design of the lengthened shrink-fit holder and cutting tool system and choosing the reasonable processing parameters.
