摘要
针对制造/再制造混合系统的生产批量问题,建立了一个以总利润最大化为目标的数学规划模型。该模型考虑了新品和再制造产品以及回收品的库存费用、生产费用和产品价格差异,以及再制造生产成本与再制造率的关系,对于市场需求率和废旧品回收率恒定的制造/再制造混合系统,研究了(mR,Q)和(R,n Q)2种策略下的批量分配问题。算例研究表明,再制造率小于0.5时优先考虑(m M,R)策略,再制造率大于等于0.5则采用(M,nR)策略。当再制造率一定时,再制造品与新品的价格比为0.3时,总利润达到最大。
To solve the problem of production lot-sizing in manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system, a mathematical programming model of profit maximization as the goal was found. The models taking into ac-count the new product and remanufacturing product and the recovery of the inventory cost, production cost and product price difference and other factors, established on the basis of the the relationship between the re-manufacturing production cost and the remanufacturing rate , for market demand rate and the recovery rate of waste product is constant of the manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system . The hybrid system of ( mR, Q ) and ( R, nQ ) under the strategy of manufacturing/remanufacturing batch allocation problem is studied, Case study shows that when the remanufacturing rate is less than a 0. 5 it will give priority to ( mM, R ) strategy, instead it will preference the ( M, nR ) strategy. Gross profit maximum when the price comparison?reached 0. 3.
