产业升级速度与劳动生产率关联性研究——基于双三角地区协同发展的研究视角

The Study of Measurement of the Level of Industrial Upgrading and the Factors of Industrial Upgrading——Based on the Perspective of the Collaborative Development of Two Deltas

本文对2002—2011年间双三角地区中心城市的产业现状进行了比较分析,通过测度两地区三大产业转型升级的方向及速度发现,长三角地区的产业转型升级速度普遍高于珠三角地区。同时,还构建了联立方程模型对两地区产业转型升级速度与劳动生产率的增长率之间的关联性进行了研究,并进行计量检验。实证结果表明:产业转型升级速度与劳动生产率的增长之间存在着相互影响、相互促进的协同发展关系。根据实证研究结果,本文提出为了加快产业转型升级速度,双三角地区应明确产业转型升级方向以及转变地区贸易发展方式等具体措施。

This paper comparative analyzes industrial transformation and upgrading in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta of period respectively in 2002—2011. It measures the direction and speed of industrial transformation and upgrading in the three major industries there. And it finds that the Yangtze River Delta industrial transformation and upgrading rate is generally higher than the Pearl River Delta region. At the same time,it researched the correlation between the speed of industrial upgrading and the growth rate of the labor production efficiency of the two regions by constructing simultaneous equations model,and conducts econometric tests. The empirical results show that,there is a mutual influence and promote the collaborative development of relations between the speed of industrial upgrading and the growth rate of the labor production efficiency. According to empirical results,this paper suggests that in order to accelerate industrial restructuring and upgrading speed,the two regions should be clear the direction of industrial restructuring and upgrading,transformation the mode of regional trade development and so on.
