摘要
光/柴/储混合系统中,系统投资、运行维护和停电损失等综合成本受系统运行策略的影响。基于系统不同的运行策略,建立混合系统充裕性评估模型。在此基础上计及系统运行策略、停电损失、储能设备寿命、环保折算成本等因素,建立以系统综合成本最小为目标的容量优化配置模型,采用遗传算法求解各种运行策略下系统的最优配置。通过算例分析不同运行策略下系统的最优配置,并进一步分析不同可靠性约束、燃油价格变化对系统配置的影响。算例表明,系统不同的运行策略对应不同的最优配置,同时可靠性约束、燃油价格对系统最优配置及综合成本也有一定影响。
In a photovohaic-diesel-storage (PDS) hybrid system, the operational strategy can generate significant ef- fects on the total system cost including the investment costs, maintenance and operating costs and costumer interrup- tion costs. This paper presents a system adequacy assessment model based on the different operating strategies of PDS hybrid system. On the basis of the proposed reliability model, an optimal capacity combination model for PDS hybrid system is presented and formulated as a combinatorial constrained optimization problem. The objective function consists of the investment costs, maintenance and operation costs and costumer interruption costs considering the operating strategy and the lifetime of energy storage device. The genetic algorithm is used to solve this optimal problem. Case studies are utilized to analyze the effect of different operating strategies, reliability limits and fuel prices on the system optimal capacity. The results indicate that different operating strategies are usually associated with different optimal ca- pacity combination, and reliability limits and fuel prices have a considerable effect on the system optimal capacity combination and the total cost.
