摘要
正确分析识别电压暂降原因和扰动源位置不仅有助于界定分清电压暂降事故中供用电双方各自的责任,且可作为公平合理地解决相关争议和纠纷的重要依据。为此,综述了电力系统电压暂降的产生原因及其源定位方法。首先讨论了电压暂降起因的分析及识别,然后重点对基于单一监测点和多监测点两大类方法进行深入的剖析,并分析了它们各自的原理、优势和不足,最后对电压暂降源定位方法进行了总结。
The correct detection of the cause and the voltage sag source, not only helps to define the respective respon- sibilities of the supply/demand side to distinguish between electricity voltage sags for the accident, but also can be used as an important basis for voltage sag fault detection, diagnosis and formulation of mitigation measures. This paper re- views voltage sag cause analysis and source location in power system. The paper starts with cause analysis and classifi- cation of voltage sags, and then focuses on single and multi-monitor based methods in depth. Their principles, advan- tages and disadvantages are compared. Finally, the methods for voltage sag source localization are summarized.
