摘要
以摩尔质量较大的端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为软段、液化改性二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯为硬段,空气中的水分为交联剂制备了聚硅氧烷-聚氨酯(PDMS-PU)共聚物。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对材料的结构进行分析,并测试了材料的固化性能、力学性能、水解性能以及耐油性能。结果表明,随着107硅橡胶含量的增加,PDMS-PU共聚物的拉伸强度先增后减,拉断伸长率逐渐下降;共聚物的力学性能随着固化时间的增加先增后减;经改性后,PDMS-PU的耐油性能大大提高了,随着107硅橡胶含量的增加,共聚物的耐油性明显下降。当107硅橡胶质量分数为80%,固化温度为20℃时,共聚物17 h后完全固化,固化后拉伸强度为0.8 MPa,拉断伸长率为75%,此时共聚物耐油性较好。
Polysiloxane-polyurethane( PDMS-PU) copolymer,curing by catalyzator organotin and moisture,were prepared by the high molecular mass of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane( 107 silicone rubber) as soft segments and liquefied 2-phenyl methane-4,4'- diisocyanate as hard segment. The structure of PDMS-PU was analyzed by FTIR,and the properties of PDMS-PU,such as curing properties,mechanical properties,hydrolysis properties and oil-resistance,were also investigated. Results show when the mass fraction of 107 silicone rubber is 80%,the copolymer cured completely after 17 hours at 20℃,it has good oil resistance,a tensile strength of 0. 8 MPa,and elongation at break of 75 %.
