工学结合模式下高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设

摘要 建设一支拥有扎实理论功底和较强实践能力的"双师型"教师队伍是推行工学结合,全面提高高职教学质量和培养高技能人才的重要保障。在理清工学结合与"双师型"教师队伍建设内在关系的基础上,针对高职院校"双师型"教师队伍现状及存在的问题,探索"双师型"教师队伍建设新举措,已成为高职教育健康持续发展的迫切需要。 The construction of a " double certificated" teacher team with sohd theoretical foundation andstrong practical ability is an important safeguard for implementation of work-integrated learning, comprehensiveimprovement of the quality of vocational education and cultivation of highly skilled personnel. On the basis ofclarifying the internal relation between work-integrated learning and " double certificated" teachers teamconstruction, aiming at the status and existing problems of " double certificated" teachers team construction invocational colleges, exploring the new initiatives in " double certificated" teachers team construction has becomean urgent need for sustained and healthy development of vocational education.
