摘要
如何提升高职院校教师资源质量是当前高职教育研究领域亟待解决的问题之一。针对我国高职院校教师资源存在的师资数量缺乏、学历层次偏低、职称结构不合理、科研水平不高、高素质的"双师型"教师队伍匮乏、高职教师职业倦怠情绪严重等问题,深究原因,并提出正确认识高职院校教师的地位及作用,加强高职教师的专业化培养,强化高职院校的人事制度改革与师资管理等可行性建议。
How to improve teacher resources" quality is one of the urgent problems in current highervocational education research field. In view of teacher resources" quantity deficiency, low educational level,unreasonable professional title structure, low scientific research level, lacking of high-quality " double-professional teacher" , teachers" emotional burnout, etc, the author delves further into the reasons and putsforwards the feasible suggestions of correctly understanding higher vocational teachers" status and role,strengthening their specialized training, enhancing personnel system reform and teacher resources management.
