摘要
道德人格即人格的道德规定性,是人的内在道德素质和外在道德行为的统一,是一个人价值、尊严和品格的综合体现。现如今在多元文化背景下,高职学生呈现理想信念模糊、价值取向扭曲、诚信意识淡漠、社会责任感差的道德人格现状。基于此,高职院校应该以课堂教学为主渠道、以科学的品德评价观为推手、以校园文化为载体、以社团活动为依托,构建高职学生道德人格培养的新途径。
Ethical personality is personalty's ethical normalization, the unity of inner ethical quality andexternal ethical behavior, and the comprehensive reflection of personal value, dignity and character. At present,higher vocational students" ideals and belie's are vague, value orientations are distorted, integrity awareness isdim, and social responsibilities are absent in the multicultural background. Therefore, higher vocational collegeshould take classroom teaching as the main channel, reasonable moral evaluation as the pushing hand, campusculture as the carrier, association activity as the support, to construct the new way of higher vocational students"ethical personality cultivation.
