摘要
以蛋白含量17%、有效磷含量0.2%的低氮低磷日粮为基础日粮,对照组不添加植酸酶,试验组分别按照0.01%、0.02%、0.03%、0.04%(试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组)添加植酸酶,研究低磷日粮中添加植酸酶对仔猪生产性能及钙、磷及微量矿物元素表观消化率的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组生长性能和矿物元素消化吸收显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)和其他试验组(P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组,日增体质量显著提高16.11%,料重比显著降低11.36%,其磷、钙、铁、锌、铜、锰表现消化率分别提高16.90%、14.79%、16.53%、24.03%、28.39%、11.43%,粪尿磷含量降低50.10%;可见,低磷仔猪日粮中添加0.03%植酸酶,能有效提高仔猪的生产性能,降低料重比,提高钙、磷及微量矿物元素的表观消化率,减少粪尿磷含量,降低环境污染。
Effects of phytase supplementation of low - nitrogen and low - phosphorus diets on growth performance and the apparent digestibility of calcium, phosphorus and trace mineral elements in piglets were evaluated by using low -nitrogen( 17% CP)and low -phosphorus (0.2% AP) diets as basic diet without adding phytase, and the test group adding 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03% ,0.04% of the phytase( Group Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ ) respectively. Results showed as follows: The growth performance, digestion and absorption of mineral elements of test group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) and other test groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with the control group, daily weight gain was significantly increased by 16.11% ,feed gain ratio significantly decreased by 11.36%, the apparent digestibility of phosphorus, calcium, iron, zinc, copper,manganese were increased by 16. 90%, 14. 79%, 16. 53%, 24. 03%, 28. 39%, 11.43% respectively,the content of phosphorus in the feces and urine was decreased by 50.10% in the test group m. Thus, the addition of 0.03 % phytase to low phosphorus diet for piglets, can effectively improve the production performance of piglets, reduce the feed gain ratio, increase the apparent digestibility of calcium, phosphorus and trace mineral elements, reduce the phosphorus content in excrement and urine, decrease environment pollution.
