摘要
精确并可重复性评估左心室功能(LVF)对于心脏疾病早期诊断、风险评估及预后判断具有重要意义。随着CT技术的迅速发展,多层螺旋CT(MSCT)成为了有潜力的无创性心血管检查方法之一,可一站式评估冠状动脉、心脏结构及心功能。对心脏进行扫描,重建心动周期10个时相左心室短轴位,用心功能软件勾画心内外膜边界,计算和分析左心室局部收缩功能。就MSCT评估LVF及其与心脏造影、超声、MRI及单光子发射体层成像对照研究的现状进行综述。
Accurate and reproducible assessment of left ventricular function (LVF) is critical for diagnosis, risk assessment, and prognosis evaluation in patients with heart diseases. With the rapid development of the software and equipment, MSCT is becoming one of the most potential noninvasive modalities for cardiovascular examination. MSCT can evaluate coronary artery, cardiac structures and function in one-stop-shop manner. To evaluate the regional LVF, the following steps commonly are included:short axis images of the left ventricular are firstly acquired, and ten phases in the cardiac cycle are reconstructed,then using cardiac analysis software to delineate endo-cardium and epi-cardium, and finally to calculate function parameters. In this review, we summarized state of the art MSCT on LVF evaluation, and compared with cardiography, ultrasound, MR and SPECT.
