腰椎间盘早期退变定量MRI研究的新进展 被引量:5

摘要 腰椎间盘退变引起的下腰痛是影响人们健康的重要原因,MRI技术是诊断腰椎间盘退变的主要手段,特别是MR扩散加权成像、T2mapping成像、T1ρ加权成像、钠MRI、软骨延迟钆增强MRI和MR波谱成像等新技术能够通过对蛋白聚糖、水等椎间盘细胞外基质成分进行检测,从而达到早期诊断腰椎间盘退行性变的<正>摘要目的。从上述几个方面综合论述MRI技术用于定量分析研究早期腰椎间盘退变的新进展,并就各自的优缺点进行比较。 Lumbar disc degeneration is the main reason of low back pain. MRI is the most commonly used technology to evaluate the health status of the intervertebral disc. Novel MRI techniques, such as diffusion-weighted imaging, T 2 mapping imaging, T1ρ-weighted imaging, sodium MRI, cartilage delayed gadolinium-enhanced MRI and magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging, are ingenious in quantifying the alterations in collagen structure, water and proteoglycan loss of disc degeneration. In this article we reviewed the progresses of integrated magnetic resonance imaging technique in early detecting disc degeneration, the advantages and disadvantages of each method were discussed.
