针对陆运行业诚信体系建设滞后的问题,提出了在陆运交易平台中建立完善的诚信评价系统的方案,阐述了诚信评价系统在陆运交易平台中的构成,并从准入机制、监管机制、奖惩机制、会员管理、诚信评价积分、不良信用举报、服务质量跟踪等方面具体论述了诚信评价系统在陆运交易平台中的设计与实施。

To improve the lagging of credit system construction for land transportation platforms, a scheme of credit rating system was proposed. In the paper, the constitution of the system was described and its design and implementa-tion in the land trading platform were discussed from the perspectives of access permission mechanism, supervision mechanism, reward and punishment mechanism, membership management, credit rating scores, bad credit reporting and service quality tracking.
