摘要
参照国家电流表、电压表、功率表及电阻表检定规程,通过使用多功能校准仪对电阻表进行校准,并对其误差来源进行分析,应用A类不确定度和B类不确定度评定方法对误差来源进行分类确定,应用正态分布和均匀分布等计算方法对其不确定度进行合成计算,最后评估出最优测量结果的不确定度。
Referring to the national verification regulation of amperemeters , voltmeters , wattmeters and ohmmeters,a multi-functional calibrator was used for the calibration of resistance meters to carry out an analysis for error measurement results. With the application of class A and class B uncertainties in measurement,error sources were classified;with the adoption of normal distribution and uniform distribution methods,a combined standard uncertainty was worked out;and finally,the uncertainty of the optimum measuring results were presented.
