摘要
为研究繁殖前期人工补钙对巴布亚企鹅卵壳厚度、孵化率及繁育后期对幼雏生长的影响,于2005 ~ 2007年分3个年度对同一批亲体企鹅(2005年为3年龄)在不同补钙周期条件下进行研究,同时补充当年同龄亲体企鹅作为对照.结果表明,补钙30 d组和补钙50 d组与未补钙组相比,卵壳厚度有明显的增厚趋势,卵壳厚度分别增加0.09 mm和0.14 mum;孵化率分别提高16%和20%,补钙30 d组与未补钙组、补钙50 d组与补钙30 d组差异性显著(P<0.05),补钙50 d组与未补钙组差异性极其显著(P<0.01);对3个年度6个实验组相关参数进行聚类分析,结果显示各年度实验组聚为一支;幼雏体重增长率分别提高5.06%和10.27%.补钙后的幼雏摄食状态和健康状况明显好于未补钙组.
We investigated the effects of calcium supplementation on egg shell thickness, hatching rate and early growth of nestlings under different calcium supplementation periods using the same Pygoscelis papua broodstocks(3-years-old in 2005)during 2005-2007, and adding the same age of bloodstocks yearly as a control group. Calcium supplementation significantly thickened egg shells( by 0. 09 mm) and increased hatching rates at day 30 ( by 16% ) and at day 50 ( by 0.14 mm and 20%, respectively) in comparison with controls ( no calcium supplementation). Significant differences were recorded between day 30 treatment and control ( P 〈 0. 05), day 50 and day 30 treatments(P〈0.05) and day 50 treatment and control( P 〈0.01 ). We used cluster analysis to compare 6 test groups with the result that test groups from the same year pooled into the same branch. Moreover, the growth rate of nestlings increased by 5. 06% and 10.27% after day 30 and 50 treatments, respectively. Nestling feeding and health conditions were improved by calcium sup- plementation as compared to controls.
