摘要
以岸边集装箱起重机主体钢结构的设计为例,利用Inventor的特点和优势,提出一种以设计基准为骨架的自顶向下的扩展式参数化设计方法,提供一种从三维建模到工程出图的设计流程,避免因协同设计基准不同造成的设计偏差,增强实用性和通用性,提高设计精度和设计效率,为非标产品的标准化、参数化设计提供参考。
With the design of main steel structure of quayside container crane as an example,the paper proposes an expanding parametric design method from top-down with the design basis as the framework using characteristics and advantages of the Inventor,puts forward a design procedure from 3D modeling to engineering drawing in order to avoid design deviation caused by different collaborative design bases,reinforce the practicality and universality,and improve design precision and design efficiency,providing guidance for standard and parametric design of non-standard products.
