摘要
圆管带式输送机在运行过程中,输送带压陷阻力是影响其运行阻力大小的主要因素,通过对托辊与输送带间压力和输送带在运行过程中能量损耗的分析,对输送带压陷阻力的产生机理和计算方法进行了研究。
When pipe belt conveyer is in operation,sag resistance of the conveying belt is a major factor affecting the running resistance. The paper analyzes the pressure between the roller and the belt,and energy loss of the belt in running process,and describes the research on mechanism of the belt sag resistance and calculation method.
