摘要
针对使用时间长且已经老化的港口门座起重机样机,基于现场实测,通过层次分析法和模糊理论对整机安全技术性能进行评估,以评估结果和对使用单位运营成本的调查数据为基础,运用合理的经济分析方法,计算出样机的经济寿命,并制订了样机的最佳更新方案。
In view of the aging port gantry crane prototype after long-time use,evaluation for safety technical performance is performed through analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory based on field measurement. According to the evaluation result and investigation data on user's business costs,the economic life of the prototype is calculated using reasonable economic analysis method,with the optimal updating solution made as well.
