摘要
对扒装机整体结构特点和小臂总成工况进行分析,利用Solid Works三维设计软件建立小臂几何模型,并采用Ansys有限元分析软件对几何模型进行网格划分、应力云图和变形图分析,得出小臂模型的优化改进方案,优化改进后的小臂能有效满足扒装机强度和稳定性的要求。
Analysis for the whole structural characteristics and working conditions of forearm assembly of the scraping loader is performed. Solid Works 3D design software is used to build the forearm geometric model,which is analyzed through mesh generation,stress nephogram,and deformation pattern by Ansys finite element software,in order to get the optimal improvement program for the forearm model. The optimized forearm can effectively meet the strength and stability requirements of the raking machine.
