摘要
华润彭城2×1 000 MW机组工程作为国家首批、江苏省第一台百万塔式锅炉机组工程,其场地小,重大型设备多,安装具有较高的难度,所以起重机械及场地的布置,将对塔式炉的安装起着决定性的作用。文中根据塔式炉的特点,科学合理进行起重机械及场地的布置,不仅顺利完成了塔式炉安装任务,而且为工程节约了大量资金和有力保证了最快工期的实现。
Huarun Pengcheng 2 × 1 000 MW unit project is the first batch in China,the first million-kilowatts unit tower oven in Jiangsu. Due to limited site area,too many pieces of large-scale equipment,and installation difficulty,hoisting machinery and site arrangement plays an decisive role in installation of the tower oven. Based on characteristics of the tower oven,scientific and reasonable hoisting machinery and site arrangement introduced in the paper can not only complete the installation task of the tower oven,but also save large amount of engineering cost and guarantee completion within the construction period.
