基于故障树的炉内检修平台事故定性分析

故障树分析法是安全系统最重要的分析方法之一。对于炉内检修平台,其钢丝绳断裂往往会引发平台倾翻坠人事故,应用故障树分析法进行定性分析,确定出导致事故发生的各基本事件的重要度,并提出预防措施,将有助于提高炉内检修平台系统的安全性。

Fault tree analysis method is one of most important analysis methods in safety system. For the maintenance platform,breakage of the steel rope will cause platform overturn and falling accidents. Qualitative analysis is performed with the fault tree analysis method in order to determine the importance of each basic event causing accidents and put forward corresponding precaution measures,which is conducive to safety of the furnace maintenance platform system.
