摘要 柱塞泵进口管道的振动,造成泵进口管道的频繁破裂,维修工作量大,影响了油田的正常注水。文章对引起注水泵进口管道振动的原因进行了分析,计算了流体脉动作用于管道弯头的压力,同时建立了喂水汇管平衡管模拟计算模型,探讨了降低管道流体脉动压力的治理措施。现场应用表明治理措施的应用效果良好,达到了减小管道振动的目的。 The vibration of the inlet pipeline of reciprocating water injection pump is a harmful problem,which leads to the frequent rupture of the inlet pipeline and the increase of repair work and running expenses. Some main factors affecting the vibration are analyzed and the pressure in elbow pipe on account of fluid pulsation is calculated. The simulative calculation model of the balance pipe at water-feed manifold is established and the countermeasures to reduce fluid pulsating pressure are researched. The test shows that the countermeasures are effective to reduce the pipeline vibration.
