摘要
某压气站区域性阴极保护系统采用1套4回路外加电流保护方式,阳极地床为柔性阳极和高硅铸铁浅埋辅助阳极地床。为了掌握站内区域阴极保护效果,开展了详细的现场测试,在此基础上对其效果进行了评价,并针对目前存在的部分区域阴极保护不符合要求,以及站内外存在干扰问题进行了数值模拟计算和现场试验研究,确定了整改方案,最终取得了良好整改效果。
A four-circuit impressed current cathodic protection system is applied in a certain compressor station with the anode bed composing of flexible anode and shallowly buried high silicon cast-iron auxiliary anode. In order to realize the protective effect of the regional cathodic protection system,detailed field tests have been carried out. Based on the results of field tests,effect assessment is conducted,then the reform program to solve the problems of inadequate protective effect and interferences between pipelines outside and inside the station is determined by numerical simulation computation and field experiments.
