摘要 介绍了一种新型复合材料管道修复技术即凯夫拉纤维补强修复技术。文章从产品介绍、材料性能、施工步骤、注意事项及成功应用的实际案例等,对该补强修复技术进行了总结分析,指出该技术具有使用简单,可以永久修复管道内外腐蚀缺陷、裂纹、机械损伤,可以在不影响管道正常输送的情况下完成管道维抢修施工等优点。 This paper introduces a new kind of pipeline repair technique using the composite material,i.e. Kevlar aramid fiber.It summarizes and analyzes this pipeline reinforcement and repair technique in aspects of product description,material performance,construction procedure,matters for attention and successful application cases,and indicates the advantages of the material such as easy application,permanent repair of internal and external corrosion defects,cracks and mechanical damages and implementing the repair without affecting normal pipeline operation.
