建设单位基于P6系统的LNG项目进度控制

LNG Project Schedule Control by Owner Based on P6 System

LNG陆上接收终端项目属于大型工程建设项目,做好此类项目的计划管理及进度控制至关重要。文章以天津LNG项目施工建设为例,从LNG项目进度管理的特点,EPS设置/WBS设置,WBS编码、资源代码、作业代码规范,基于P6软件的权重模型及进度测量系统的建立,基于P6软件的工期优化管理、组合管理、计划跟踪等方面,论述了建设单位运用P6系统对该工程项目进行进度管理的做法。该软件的运用大大提高了项目管理效率。

LNG onshore terminal project is a kind of large scale engineering construction project,its plan management and schedule control work is very important. This paper takes Tianjin LNG Project as an example to discusses the project schedule management by owner based on P6 system,including Tianjin LNG Project management characteristics,setting up EPS / WBS,standards of WBS coding,resource code,operation code and establishment of weight model and schedule measurement system based on P6 software,schedule optimization management based on P6 software,combination management based on P6 software and schedule tracking based on P6 software. The application of P6 software promotes the project management efficiency greatly.
