中白61是由B80067与B80032两个自交不亲和系配制而成的秋播早熟大白菜一代杂种，生长期60 d（天）左右，植株半直立，株型紧凑，外叶深绿，叶面稍皱、少毛。株高36.5 cm，开展度56.0 cm，叶球叠抱、短筒形，球叶浅绿，耐热、高产。球高27.3 cm，球径15.4 cm，净球质量2.2 kg，净菜率72％，球形指数1.8。每667 m2净菜产量5 500～6 000 kg。抗病毒病、霜霉病和黑腐病。适宜辽宁、山东、河北、北京等省（市）夏末秋初种植。

The plant is 36.5 cm in height and 56.0 cm in width.Its head is 27.3 cm in height,15.4 cm in diameter. The head is of short cylinderical shape.The average net head weight is about 2.2 kg.Its net vegetable rate is 72% and head shape index is 1.8. Its yield is about 82.5-90.0 t ·hm-2.It is resistant to virus disease,downy mildew and black rot.It has high yield potential and is suitable to be cultivated in Hebei,Shandong, Liaoning Provinces and Beijing in late summer and early autumn.
