山东省加快形成新的经济发展方式探析

党的十八大报告提出了加快形成新的经济发展方式的战略任务,十八届三中全会又进一步从紧紧围绕使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用深化经济体制改革的角度,对形成新的经济发展方式提出了明确要求。当前,山东省转变经济发展方式要更好地体现科学发展主题和转变经济发展方式主线,必须立足山东经济发展方式转变的阶段性特点,着眼于新的目标要求,加快形成新的经济发展方式。文章着重就山东省加快形成新的经济发展方式的背景、主要制约因素以及着力点等方面进行了探析。

Shandong＇ s transformation of economic development modes should reflect the main thread of scientific development and transforming economic development modes, should be based on the stage characteristics of Shandong economic development mode transformation, focus on new goals and requirements, and speed up the formation of new economic development mode. This paper focuses on exploring the background, the main restricting factors and the key points in speeding up the formation of new economic development mode in Shandong Province.
