摘要
通过实地调查法等研究方法,总结深圳大运会人力资源部门赛前、赛中、赛后不同运行期间的职能范围,进一步探讨大型体育赛事人力资源部门在不同运行阶段的职能创新点。
Through the methods of on-the-spot investigation method, summarizes the Shenzhen Universidad before, the human resources department and after the game during the running of different range of functions, and further discusses the major sports events in the human resources department function innovation points in different phases of operation.
